Fathom and Granola are more capable meeting intelligence tools in isolation. Teams Premium is the right call in a professional services context where the meetings being recorded involve clients, commercially sensitive discussions, or legal and regulatory obligations. The AI meeting recap and real-time insight features are functional — they do the job — and everything stays within the M365 environment. For individual productivity, use what works. For team deployment across an agency, this is where I would land.
