M365 Copilot (full licence)

The full licence extends Copilot functionality across the complete M365 stack in a more integrated way than the basic tier — the PowerPoint and Excel integration in particular is materially more useful than basic text assistance. The case for the full licence is strongest in organisations with significant document-heavy workflows: proposal generation, reporting, and analysis. My honest view is that the capability on complex tasks still trails Claude and better standalone LLMs, but the deployment simplicity and the fact that it lives natively inside the tools people actually use is a real advantage. The per-seat cost requires clear ROI thinking before committing at scale.
