Ideogram

The one thing that has made image AI genuinely difficult for advertising workflows is text. Every other generator produces text that ranges from plausible-looking gibberish to something approaching readable if you squint. Ideogram handles it properly, and that changes the use case entirely. Social tiles, poster concepts, thumbnail designs, OOH visualisations, event materials — any brief where the copy is part of the visual is now a realistic AI output rather than something that needs extensive post-production fixing. The credit system is fine at normal production volume. My recommendation for advertising specifically: use this whenever text legibility is a requirement, and use Midjourney or Firefly for everything else. They are complementary, not competing.
